HORIZONTAL BLINDS LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

Our Guarantee: Once you are satisfied with your new blinds and the way it is installed in your home, Best Blinds guarantees your blinds will be free from defects due to faulty workmanship or materials for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, provided that the product was installed properly and in accordance with the installation instructions. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser only, in the original windows for which it was intended in residential properties only.

Five Year Warranty: For the period of five years from the date of purchase, Best Blinds will repair or replace any slat which is defective.

Our Obligation To You: For claims covered by the guarantee, Best Blinds will replace or repair any product, with like or similar parts, found to be defective as a result of faulty workmanship or materials, and excludes shipping cost, trip charges and labor cost for measuring and installation.

Guarantee Limits: This guarantee dos not apply to any Prestige Blinds or parts thereof which fail due to accident, alterations, improper use, abuse, neglect, normal wear, nor color fading due to sunlight, direct exposure to salt air, failure to follow instructions for measuring, installing or operating the product. Slight warpage and variation in color and grain are normal and not considered defects.

Any defect, malfunction or other failure of the product to conform to this limited guarantee will be remedied by Best Blinds solely in the manner provided in this guarantee.

THIS LIMITED GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER, AND IS INTENDED TO EXCLUDE, ANY ALL LIABILITY ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY, WHETHER UNDER THIS LIMITED GUARANTEE OR UNDER ANY GUARANTEE IMPLIED BY LAW, FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH THEREOF EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE IN THIS LIMITED GUARANTEE, THE COMPANY HEREBY NEGATES AND DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS GUARANTEES.

Notes: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitation or exclusion regarding such damages may not apply to you. Also, this limited Guarantee gives specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Valance Options: 2 3/4’’ Dover (PVC) Valance with Fabric Insert included at no charge. Optional 3 3/8’’ Westminster (Wood) Valance available, adds $ 38.	Controls/Lift Type: Cord Tilt Standard, Optional Wand is available, Continuous Cord Loop adds $ 28, Cordless System adds $ 40 (min width is 19"), Motorized adds $ 220.
Mount: Available as Inside or Outside Mount	Controls Position: Tilt Left/Lift Right is Standard. For Continuous Cord Loop and Motorized just choose left or right controls.
Privacy Option (Routless Slats): The Privacy/Routless Option Adds 18% to the Base Price of Blind	Hold Down Brackets: Available for Outside Mount Blinds at No Charge
