Tailored Cornice Boards are a great way to add a final touch to any window treatment. This window top treatment is available in many fabric styles and colors. These top treatments will accent almost any window covering so be sure to add these to your window blind or window shade order. The window blind in the picture is a 2" Designer wood blind in the color Sable. The Tailored Cornice Board is available with 4-inch and 7-inch returns. The standard four-inch return is usually best for mounting over window blinds or window shades especially if they are mounted on the inside of the window frame. If you are mounting over draperies or other outside mounted window coverings the 7-inch return will usually be a better choice. MoxieDecor.com warrants that the operating mechanisms, slat, vane and shade materials contained in its window covering products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.
In the event of a defect under this warranty, we will repair or replace the product, at our option, provided that it is returned to the original retail dealer or to us. We will not pay the cost of removal or reinstallation. MoxieDecor.com will pay for standard ground shipping cost within the continental United States for covered product returned to us within one year of purchase date. Shipping of all other returns will be at the purchaser's expense. Repairs will be made with like or similar parts.
This warranty does not cover any conditions or damages resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, exposure to the elements, or discoloration due to the passage of time.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS, LIABILITIES OR WARRANTIES. In no event shall MoxieDecor.com will be liable for INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense, or fee. Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation or incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
